Trumpf - TruTool TPC 165 Panel Cutter can cut sandwich panels up to a thickness of 6.5 in. The blade insertion mechanism enables the production of accurate, perpendicular interior cutouts and notches. It is perfectly suited for roofers, façade, hall and container constructors, as well as for cooling, heating, and sound insulation specialists. The machine is ready for operation without presetting. Perpendicular cuts
Swiveling 90° blade, well-suited for perpendicular cutouts with a depth of up to 6.5 inches. There are 13 positions to choose from, ranging from 0° to 90°. This results in a precise and even cutting depth without the need for rework. This even includes cutting tasks where the lower sheet side must not be cut through. You can cut the upper and lower sheets in one press operation, without the need for reworking, up to 4 meters per minute.

With the TruTool TPC 165, you can produce precise interior cutouts and notches effortlessly. This is possible in one press operation without the need to turn the panels. Clearly visible cutting markings ensure accurate cuts all along the cutting line. Additional table markings on the machine provide useful reference points for the blade insertion position.
