Trumpf - TruTool TKF 1500 Beveler is equipped with a powerful 2,600 W motor and a 2-gear gearbox. Hand protection, integrated on the motor, ensures a high degree of user-friendliness and safe operation. The soft grip ensures user-friendly operation with low vibrations. This means you can always expect consistent, oxide-free results. Regardless of whether you are processing straight sheets, T-beams, or tubes. T 1500 has a specifically designed gearbox, which increases the stroke rate and provides you with perfect chamfer quality.
The machine can be positioned in the middle of the sheet. It is easy to apply weld seams to straight sheets, tubes, interior cutouts from 5", T-beams and double T-beams. It is ideal for areas with limited space. You can rotate the cutting direction by 90° to the right or left. It is quick and easy to adjust the optimal settings for the chamfer height and sheet thickness. N 1500 has five different cutters to choose from. This enables you to achieve perfect results across a wide range of applications and material being processed. Please contact us to select the right cutter for your application. The cutters can be changed without additional tools and can be reground many times. This results in a high service life and reduced operating costs. Carrier is continuously adjustable from 20° to 55°. The TruTool TKF 1500 is well-suited for processing small workpieces. For this purpose, the machine is used stationary in the work station.
