Trumpf - TruTool TKA 700 Deburrer uses a powerful 1700 watt motor for outstanding high torque power, and stable machine operation. Create clean visible edges, break sharp edges, apply a radius of 2, 3 or 4 mm or prepare a weld seam. Chamfer length is set without any tools. Creates chamfer up to 5 mm per pass. Chamfers up to 7 mm require a second pass. Optional 0° and multi-edge cutter mounts from 15° to 60° are available in 5° increments. Use for straight edges, inner and outer contours, holes and for tube processing. Once selected chamfer length is set, and cannot be changed while tool is operating; to prevent accidental adjustment.
Long cutter service life
Wide range of multi-edge cutters can be used to process steel, aluminum, and plastic. You can also use multi-edge cutters to process chamfers with 0° and 15° - 60°, in increments of 5°. The multi-edge cutters have three cutting edges and can be turned three times, thus reducing operating costs.
Cutter mounts
0° multi-edge cutter mount, which is mainly used to process front edges. The plasma multi-edge cutter mount is well-suited for rounding off plasma-cut edges. The multi-edge cutter mount R is the perfect accessory for rounds with a radius of 2 mm, 3 mm, or 4 mm.
TruTool TKA 700 is equipped with an extremely powerful angle-gear motor with high torque and speed controller. Motor is designed for continuous heavy-duty operation. Variable-speed motor can be adjusted to handle various materials. Safe tool operation thanks to soft start, restart protection, blockage monitoring and electronic overload protection.
