Trumpf - TruTool C 160 Li-ion Rechargeable Battery 12 volt Slitting Shears with Chip Clipper. This cost-effective model is well-suited interior cutouts and notches. You can cut chips at any time, and pull the machine out of the material, by turning lever clockwise 3/4 of a turn. A clear view of the workpiece enables you to cut accurately. The TruTool C 160 cuts sheet thicknesses of up to 0.06 inches in mild steel and 0.047 inches in stainless steel. Shears are designed for a variety of applications: metal stud trimming, facade construction, HVAC duct work, and auto-body & aircraft construction. Material is not deformed during the cut, with a thin, easy to clean waste strip left behind.
Four different cutting blades designed for specific applications: the CR cutter is ideal for processing stainless steel. The curve cutter cuts with excellent contouring. There are two different cutters for straight cuts: one cutter for processing thin sheets of up to 0.04 inches and one for use on sheet thicknesses of 0.04 - 0.06 inches.
Adjustable speed control to suit a variety of cutting tasks and materials. Cuts up to 29.5 feet per minute. 12 volt Li-ion rechargeable batteries are compatible with all current Trumpf 12 volt cordless tools. Powerful brushless motor generates higher torque than conventional motors, requires less power and makes hardly any heat. Motor has a very long service life, thanks to the absence of carbon brushes. Tool ships complete with two 12 volt 4.0 AH batteries, charger, belt clip. 5-year manufacturer warranty.
